“The home was even better the second stay.
This is our second, but not our last stay at this property. We will be renting it again. The home was clean and even nicer this year with new 5 inch wide wooden plank flooring and new appliances, including a new huge capacity Maytag washing machine. Being on the shuttle inside resort was more than convenient. Highly recommend this home.”

“This home was a home away from our homes. The house was big enough for our 19 family members. The younger kids loved the hot tub and area pool. The location was perfect to so many restaurants, hiking and shopping. It was a wonderful time for our family. If we ever do this again I would rent this home again.”

"This was a great place for 18 family members , from 2 yo to 64 . Lots of room , beautiful deck , grill & hot tub . The bedrooms are spacious, and super-comfortable. The whole place is got so many different areas to hang out in, front garden, pool table rumpus room, dining area are all great, but we were able to take advantage of the huge deck most of the waking hours. Everything we wanted for a busy, geographically scattered family, I recommend it."

 

"Great house. Stayed here for a week in the summer with 17 people in our extended family. There was room for everyone. Everything was great. Property was clean and well-maintained, the owner was very helpful and responsive but never intrusive. We enjoyed the nearby amusement park, riding ATVs, white water rafting and the pickleball court, which is adjacent to the property. Would definitely recommend this property either for summer or winter stays."

 

"Great upscale home, with professional management who assisted with all of our vacation needs, both during our stay, as well as during the reservation process. The home was clean and organized, with a terrific layout and accommodations for large groups. The huge deck with scenic view was a really special gathering place for meals, games, and conversations. The deck has a private hot tub, new deck furniture, and a top of the line Weber grill. The scores of trees and landscaping around the home provided a private enclave with a comfortable distance from neighbors. We enjoyed both gourmet and value oriented restaurants nearby, the convenience to nearby shopping, and the close proximity to golf, horse back riding, outdoor and indoor concerts, river rafting, biking, hiking, and the tennis and pickle ball courts, which are adjacent to the home. Considering how close the home is to the ski lift, we look forward to a return to the home for the convenience of the free ski shuttle directly from the home to the lift this winter."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this property for large family gatherings or other large group trips. 16 of us visited in late September for a golf trip - and we were all perfectly comfortable. Large family room, large rec room (with pool table), hot tub, private deck/yard, plenty of bathrooms, and beds for everyone (even a couple of others to spare). Perfect location near the ski slopes, golf courses, fishing, hiking, biking, and all the other wonderful things you can do in the Colorado mountains year-round. Gated community, close to groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee and other services. The house itself is very large, clean, modern, and well-appointed. Lots of beds for the whole group. Owner/manager was responsive and great to work with too."

“Perfect Home for large groups. Love this upscale home, which is perfect for large groups! Layout and location are great for families with children, as the home has many private areas within and outside of the home for children to play and for adults to enjoy personal conversations. The spacious home, with 7 bedrooms and 6 and 1/2 bathrooms, was extremely clean, with stylish hardwood floors, and new appliances, including 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves. The huge deck, with large Weber gas grill, was ideal for group meals. The pool table in the large den, the private hot tub, and the tennis & pickle ball courts adjacent to the home were all really fun. The swimming pool complex, with lap pool and huge hot tub is amazing! Guest services were professional, with detailed home and area information provided and questions promptly answered. Looking forward to coming back during ski season, as the dial a ride shuttle service from the home directly to and from the ski lift would make for hassle free ski days on the fabulous Colorado powder runs.”

There are giant tables for group meals and games and the hot tub is right next to the patio door, so you don't have to spend time being cold. “Our large group enjoyed our stay very much in this well stocked home. There was ample room for everyone together as well places to relax alone or in a smaller group. The community is beautiful & the home is located next to pickleball/ tennis courts where we met some of the friendly neighbors of the community. The property is private with beautiful trees & landscaping. It is a pleasant place for a week of family fun.”

 

“The house was a very open and spacious, which allowed plenty of space to move about. The deck furniture was plentiful. The hot tub was popular. Pickleball became very popular and a lot of contested games. Our activities included fly fishing (caught trout in Eagle River) Rafting, Horseback riding, Viewing wildlife including several deer. On one night attended a concert The condiments, and kitchen was well stocked. The coffee pots were great, as we could make coffee and keep it hot. Our group from Milwaukee, Boise, Seattle, Winona and Dodge Center, Mn all enjoyed themselves. Our grandson is a fly fishing guide in Avon and he helped us a great deal with lining up activities. Beautiful area and memories will be many.
